June 28, 2018 (Cincinnati)—Bethany Dale, APR, will become President of Environmental Technologies & Communications, Inc. (ETC) on July 1, 2018 after 20 years with the firm. She had previously served as Vice President since 2005 and Project Director before that.

Bethany joined ETC in 1998 following a corporate communication position with International Paper in Panama City, Florida. She was accredited in Public Relations in 2005 by the Public Relations Society of America.

ETC specializes in science-driven communications and public relations focused on local environmental issues. The company serves the public relations and community engagement needs of local government, utilities, industry, and business. Established in 1994 as a certified woman-owned Ohio small business, ETC currently has a staff of 10 professionals with offices in Cincinnati, Toledo and Cleveland.  The firm has won more than 30 national, regional and local awards for its public education and outreach campaigns and individual tactics.
